Disable Intel's automatic change from 60hz to 40hz refresh rate and display flickering

This is about how to fix the irritating automatic 60Hz to 40hz refresh rate switch when one goes from AC to Battery . you will notice the screen go blank temporarily as it switches. To see what I'm referring to, simply right click your desktop, choose Graphics properties . There you will see the current refresh rate.

I had this problem of automatic 60hz to 40hz refresh rate change this was very irritating to me while watching movies so i tried to search on internet but i could not find the solution so i tried to solve the problem myself and started to check on setting on control panel and i finally found the the proper solution for this problem .

Here is the solution ,

STEP 1 :  GO TO CONTROL PANEL  SEARCH FOR POWER OPTIONS

STEP 2 : SELECT BALANCED (RECOMMENDED) AND  GO TO CHANGE PLAN SETTINGS

STEP 3 : GO TO CHANGE ADVANCED POWER SETTINGS

STEP 4 : CLICK INTEL(R) GRAPHICS SETTINGS AND (CHANGE ON BATTERY TO BALANCED ) AND )PLUGGED IN TO BALANCED )

FINALLY THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED :     :)

  2. ok this problem has one more method to solve it (windows 10 )
1.) right click on desktop and go to intel graphics properties.
    2.) select power options.
3.)select maximum performance in both PLUGGED IN and on BATTERY
4.)disable DISPLAY REFRESH RATE SWITCHING and DISPLAY POWER SAVING TECHNOLOGY under ON BATTERY
5.)apply all the settings and there you go !!
